At no time will the club or it's committee give the personal details of club members to any other member of the club or public with out the express permission of the person concerned. You may contact a member of the club regarding an article or FIND OF THE MONTH item by using the CONTACT US page on this web site. Please be aware that some members are not on the internet and do not have e-mail so contact with that member may not occur until the next meeting of the club.
If your details have been published on this site without your permission and you would like them removed, please e-mail us using the CONTACT US page and in the comments, quote the relevant part of the article and all your details. Your details should be removed within 24 hours of us being notified.
Publishing Articles
We welcome contributions to the newsletter and this site from the Public and club members. To have your article considered for publishing we require you to provide with the article your full name, address, and contact telephone number. You can intially contact us via the CONTACT US page with your details and we will then provide an e-mail address to send the article to.
If an article has been published in the newsletter or on this site, that is your copyright and you wish it removed please contact us through the CONTACT US page, the article will be removed within 24 hours. Unfortuntely we can only supply the members name who published your article on production of a valid warrant.
All complaints should be made in writing, including your full name, address, telephone number F.A.O. Chairman IDDC via the
CONTACT US page.
